前言
今天好朋友来我家做客了,我很高兴,朋友说了让我做我最拿手的菜给她吃,我就做了这道菜,当然还有别的菜,可这道菜几乎快吃光了,朋友对我做的这道菜赞不绝口。很满意
材料
主料:排骨300g、猴头菇1个;
辅料:油适量、盐适量、酱油适量、葱适量、姜适量、蒜适量、八角适量、香叶适量、味精适量、炖料包1个、香葱适量、料酒适量
排骨炖猴头菇

猴头菇提前泡好,撕小朵备用

热锅放入排骨炒干去水分
