Whereas Party A intends to purchase Goods from Pary B, Party C guarantees Party B's delivery in accordance with the Purchase Order amd Party A's payment, and whereas Party A and Party B have entered "Sales Agreement" under this agreement, three Parties agree as follows.
Party B shall be responsible for the quality and post-sale services of the Goods, Party C shall conct final inspection after the arrival of the Goods. The Goods shall be delivered to Party A when confirmed to comply with the Purchase Order. If there is epidemic failure or clients' coplaint after such Goods are put into market, Party C and Party B shall negotiate to sovle the problems, ring which Party B and Party C shall not claim any right to Party C. If there is any loss incurred by Party A e to the quality of the Goods, such loss shall be borne by Party C. The compensation plan shall be concted in accordance with guarantee agreement between Party A and Party C.
