后面mother 少了个was
语法：it is the first time +现在完成时

it was the first time+过去完成时

it was the first time that 后面用过去完成时态 第二个had become时态一致所以用过去完成时态式
语义上：①这是我第一次注意到 ②妈妈已经这么大了
①是句型 ②语义上完成时 ③全部是过去系列
